Welcome to Continental Village Owners Association.
Continental Village Owners Association was established in 1973. We are a small community of privately owned Town-homes. This website was created to make information more readily available for the Owners and Tenants of our community. It is always a good idea that you review the Declarations and/or Rules on a regular basis. The rules & regulations must be followed by each homeowner. It is the duty of the Board of Directors to use them in governing the Community & Association.
Your cooperation in following and adhering to the regulations would be greatly appreciated. If you should have any questions, the Board of Directors would be glad to answer them at a regular Board of Directors meeting, which is held the Third Tuesday of each month at the Association Office in Court 9, next to the swimming pool.

Monthly Assessments
Assessments are due on the 1st of every month, with a 10 day grace period. Payments must be received in our account no later than the 10th of each month to avoid the $35 late charge. Returned checks will be assessed a fee of $35.00 Be sure to include the upper part of your statement along with your payment and mail it to the following address:
